Wall Squats is the next exercise which helps in strengthen and tone your calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes. 1. Stand with your back against the wall, your feet about shoulder-width apart 2. Slowly bend your knees, and keep your back and pelvis against the wall. 3. Don’t bend too deeply. If you feel pressure or discomfort in your knees, change your position. 4.
